Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was perfect. I purchased this booking as a gift for my aunt and uncle’s 50th wedding anniversary. They have not commented on the breakfast provisions.

Negative: The internet went down and the TV didn’t work for a couple of days. My biggest complaint though is the fact that I secured this booking with my Wells Fargo Visa. I called on January 13th to request that the full amount be charged to my Discover card instead so that I wouldn’t have to pay interest and would get cash back on the purchase. I was told it was taken care of. It was not. The entire amount was charged to my Wells Fargo Visa. I lost quite a bit the transaction due to lack of internal communication. That did not make me happy.
