Not a golfer? Heated community pool and spa are a short and easy walk in quiet and safe neighborhood. Superstition Springs Mall for shopping and a variety of multicultural restaurants for casual or formal dining are a short drive from neighborhood. Usery Mountain Regional Park with hiking and biking trails and Riverview Park, home of the Chicago Cubs spring training facility, are also a short commute.
