Cable TV, WIFI , air conditioning and full laundry are all provided. Included is a 50 foot dock for your boat, great swimming and great fishing in the lake with a variety of fish. Also includes kayaks, paddleboat, large elevated deck overlooking the lake, a large two-tier stone patio at the water with a great fire pit area. If you're a bird watcher there is a surprising variety of birds on the lake, including Bald Eagles, Eastern Kingfishers, Hummingbirds, Owls and various Hawks, just to name a few.
This house is situated well to catch the prevailing Summer breeze from the lake. Open the windows and let the fresh air carry right through the house, and take in the panoramic view of this beautiful place... West-facing, you get an incredible sunset over the water every day!
Take a short bike ride to the Cape Cod Canal or a short car ride to famous local sandy Cape Cod beaches.
Great restaurants abound on the Cape (we have recommendations). Go on a whale watch or deep sea fishing charter. There are also a number of beautiful golf courses in the area for both the casual and the avid golfer (recommendations available on them as well).
Also, don't forget the shopping. Cape Cod is full of quaint shops as well as larger outlets.
