Travel Purpose: leisure

Negative: First of all the sofa/fold out bed was sometime you find in a homeless camp. The shower if thats what you want to call it is only big enough for a young teen thats under 6 foot tall and less then 150 lbs. Its to small for an adult. There was a miss representation on the fire pit with chairs, fire pit works but you can not sit in the chairs they provided, they were unstable to sit in unless you wanted to go to the emergency room. Forget to cook here cause there is no usable skillet, they scorched and pitted. Parking is tough unless you drive a compact car, if you drive anything like a full size truck or suv good luck. Nothing like feel uneasy when you walk into the place and see rat poison on top of counter, dresser, and desk area.

Summary: Great location, but very over priced for what they have.
