• The top, Queen bunk bed in Bedroom 4 is suitable only for kids over 6 and weighing less than 150 pounds
• Must be at least 25 years old to book, photo-ID required. Guests must successfully complete an independent verification at least 24 hours prior to their stay in order to fully confirm their reservation
• In accordance with the City of Redding`s vacation rental regulation, maximum occupancy for the home is 8 adults at all times (plus up to 4 children under the age of 18).
