Summary: Prior to our stay (at least a week ahead) I had some questions about the property and surroundings, so I texted and also called the number and left a message with them like they requested we do. I never got a response. Other than the automatic promptings giving rules, some details, etc. usually that’s enough for me, but this time I needed to know where we could launch our boat. No response. I received the usual “arrival information” and code to get in. We arrived there a couple hours past the check in time and had a VERY hard time getting in. No response at that time. With all that said, the house was lovely and perfect for 5 couples. The view was good. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The home could use some TLC in places. The water pressure in basement is next to nothing. It looked like the trash hadn’t been picked up recently. We would go back hoping the management company takes care of the small issues.
