The location is great, 3 short blocks to downtown to great restaurants, museums, music venues, many wonderful events around the square and historic Whiskey Row. It is located in a very nice, quiet, historic residential neighborhood. You will love the charm and comfort of this special home.

Check out the new pictures, lush green lawn in front yard, back yard has a new privacy fence, nice patio with dining table with chairs and umbrella and there is a pretty flagstone patio with a swing and a hammock and potted flowers.
