Downstairs you'll have a large, open-concept layout, with a newly remodeled kitchen, a dining table that seats 8, a half bathroom, and comfortable living room furniture. The living room has a stream-ready smart TV, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, as well as books for you to enjoy. There is also a little doggy corner under the staircase with a crate and other pet amenities. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer off the kitchen.
The fenced backyard features a Blackstone Gas Barbecue (propane provided) fountain, plants, and bistro seating, as well as a doggy door for the convenience of you and your furry family-member (guests must pick up after their furry family to avoid additional housekeeping charges).
