There is another guesthouse airbnb with its own driveway to the left of the house, just don't park in that gravel driveway, need to use the paved driveway which is around the back side of the house. The house sits on a corner and the paved driveway is around the right side of the home. Myself or the cohost are usually available if needed during your stay. We try to respond quickly to messages on the airbnb app. This is a beautiful old historic neighborhood. Lots of mature trees and great views of the Catalina Mountains. The neighborhood is awesome with very friendly people. There are basic services within five minutes like restaurants, Post Office, gas station, great thrift stores, coffee shop and grocery store. One of the ratings to review this listing is “location”, when booking please be aware this is on the northeast side of town and it’s a 30 minute drive to downtown. Location is subjective because for many it’s a 5 star location for being 4 miles from Sabino Canyon Recreation Area and many places on the east side. Mt Lemmon isn’t too far from this location. I don’t know why airbnb has a rating for “walkable”? If you want to walk to stores and restaurants this isn’t your place. The neighborhood is wonderful and you can go on walks all around the neighborhood. People are always out walking their dogs or just walking. It is a lovely neighborhood and for me a wonderful location. It’s a 5 star location to me which is why I bought it and has been my permanent home. I’m living elsewhere renovating another house but will be moving back there. Please note this is a quiet neighborhood, there are no parties allowed or gatherings. The neighbors are very friendly, please respect the rules. The guest house is rented out as well, but has a separate entrance, parking, and is detached from your stay. No smoking or vaping allowed.
