Positive: Breakfast was good, a nice selection, hot and clean area. staff at main desk and in breakfast area were friendly, professional and super helpful. Even went out of their way to help me in business area with a document i needed to print out for work. A very convenient location to SUNY Plattsburgh where my son is now a student, and surrounded by businesses and restaurants to meet any needs while in town.

Negative: at breakfast, food was dissappearing just as quickly as it was brought out. And the one lady seemed to be doing everything herself, she was running around trying to take care of bringing food out, assisting guests, cooking, restocking supplies. Then when it was about to close out, an older lady arrived, and looked around a bit, she peeked in the garbage and walked out of the room. I'm uncertain why if she was staff as well, she wasn't helping with some of the necessary tasks that the overworked other employee was determinedly trying to do all by herself. also there were no fresh towels in the pool area, they were missing when i went; i wish they had longer pool hours so late arriving guests can go for a swim or soak after a long drive.
