Summary: A/C worked very well, and Room was fine too. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and serviceable in attention when needed. Housekeeper Laura was exceptional. Room was outdated but very clean-everything worked fine except TV remote did not pair to TV in room and there was no one there to service us then so a new remote was given to us a day later. No one in attendance for the Check in process-This was done through use of box terminal located in lobby which was at view and in use of a loudspeaker where a human -bot like guy-asked you for credentials and other info exposed to lack of privacy. The speaker was loud- it made me extremely uncomfortable to give info anyone could hear during check-in transaction. I did not like the lack of personal approach then when I felt violated to comply, so I was serviced by a very nice man working the late shift. Grounds and building are kept but deteriorating and people who stay there smoke everywhere. Some were working on their cars with junk and trash exposed at view in parking lot. Breakfast was fine -just basic but it worked and area was kept clean. I like that room had a microwave and fridge inside with desk table and drawers to put your clothing-but there was no ironing board. Toilet seat in bathroom was wobbling but shower pressure was very good and shower was clean. It's fine for the price- if to spend a day or two -just watch your neighbors because there's all sorts of characters staying there and no security.

Summary: Room was excellent! Staff were all nice and friendly. Virtual check in and check out was different. I couldn’t stop laughing. Not too happy with continental breakfast. No juice or pastries.

Summary: No matter how pricey or how inexpensive a hotel is, there will always be inconsiderate people talking as loud as possible as they pass by your door as late as 10 p.m. I arrived early but was unable to get into a room due to unavailability. So I waited in the lobby until about 3 and was offered a room facing the pool or a room reserved for families with pets. To avoid noise from the pool, I chose the room for pets. It was great until someone with a yappy dog arrived in the evening. Intermittent yapping until I yelled, "QUIET!" at the top of my voice. Then ... blessed silence as the pet parents realized for the first time that other people must be staying at the same hotel.

Summary: Going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral, we wanted an inexpensive overnight that was clean and comfortable. We found it with the Days In. At Melbourne. We had a comfortable stay and the staff at the front desk, especially Marney was very friendly and helpful! We will be back next time we cruise out of Port Canaveral.

Summary: Was everything I expected. Only small issue i had was that i checked in online to "save time" but the front desk made me do it all over and i said "i already did this online " and she ignored me with no explanation. Not a huge deal just a little rude.
