The Crosstown Trail walk/bike path runs next to the house and leads you to tons of attractions including the river itself, paddlecraft rentals, manatee tours, snorkel and dive shops, 3 beautiful parks (including Hunter Springs, Kings Bay, and the world famous Three Sisters Spring), fishing and fishing charters, restaurants, shops, and live music.
We are close to all the fun but still have plenty of privacy with a tropical paradise just off the huge back deck. Want a little beach time? Beautiful Fort Island Beach is only a 12 minute drive away. Love to golf? Plantation's beautiful 27 hole course is only a short 5 minute drive away. Have your own boat and want to explore Crystal River, the Gulf of Mexico, or some of the local freshwater lakes? Bring it along. We have dedicated boat parking on the property and there are multiple ramps just minutes away.
Our home is a whole house BNB for your entire family. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large dining room with a stocked coffee bar, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a comfortable queen sleeper sectional, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The back deck is surrounded by nature and absolutely perfect for entertaining or just spending quality time with family and friends. And with the newest extension of the Suncoast Parkway, Crystal River is only a 1 and a half hour drive to Disney and Clearwater Beach and 1 hour to Tampa.
The property is protected by three surveillance cameras on the outside corners of the house along with a video doorbell. To give our guests the utmost privacy, care has been taken to point the cameras in a direction to mostly cover the doors and windows only for security between visitors. Once our guests arrive the cameras are typically turned off.
