Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were exceptional while being polite and professional. The room was a good size and very comfortable for the duration of our trip. I know it has become standard but I always appreciate having free wifi included in my stay.

Negative: The sink in the bathroom took a while to drain the water that accumulated when the faucet was turned on. The shower heads looked to be somewhat outdated. I would suggest there be a guide on how to turn the drain in the tub to prevent the water from remaining while taking a shower (some people like myself may not be accustomed to such things). I would also suggest having a guide for the television so people know what channels are available. I would even suggest investing in tvs that have streaming services built in or allow for individuals to "cast" from their devices so they are not limited to what is provided on the channels given.

Summary: It was convenient and comfortable but there is room for improvement.
