When you walk into this beautiful, new construction home you'll exhale and feel right at home! The bright, open floor plan allows for easy, quality time with family. The covered deck is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee or end the day with your favorite beverage. The dock is on a quiet cove perfect for floating and swimming.

The Space:
Everything is located on the main level with the exception of one bedroom located on the second floor.

Second Bedroom: King with shared bathroom
Third Bedroom: Full with shared bathroom
Fourth Bedroom: Queen with private bathroom (located on the upper level)

The Neighborhood:
Timber Bay is a private gated community which allows only weekly or longer rentals per the Covenants and Restrictions. Please do not ask for a stay less than 7 days. We want to stay in the good graces of the community.
