This beautiful property features 2 living rooms, one with a sofa bed and a real wood burning fireplace. The main living area features a 55 inch smart TV, electric fireplace and an old fashion record player. Everything you could possible need will be provided for a comfortable stay. The outside of the Cottage features a large patio with a firepit, picnic table and overhead patio lights. The oppisite side of the Cottage features a nice horseshoe pit and a large yard and wooded area for exploring. Also available for our guests is a boat dock with 2 boat slips, fish cleaning station and overhead lights for night use. Historic downtown Branson & The Branson Landing are a short 12 minute drive from this property. Grocery store, gas station, golf course, bowling alley, coffee shop and other useful shops are only an 8 minute drive down the road. We know you'll enjoy your stay at our lovely Cottage.
