Summary: If you are thinking of booking this house, DO IT! This is hands down the best vacation rental experience EVER! The home is clean, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with loads of charm and an adorable backyard. The location was perfect as we were very near ND (we did drive, but I think it would be easy to walk). We had a group of 5 people and used all 4 bedrooms. Everyone was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we could possibly need. All of these things would absolutely make me want to revisit/rebook this home for a ND visit....but it gets even better. The owner is absolutely WONDERFUL! She was communicative, kind, sincere and helpful. We had a unique situation where we actually hosted a small gathering (with her approval). We had no time to prepare and, without our asking, Katy volunteered to help! She went above and beyond. Somehow she made us feel like we were VIP houseguests and not renters. I highly, highly recommend Katy's home. You will be so happy with this place!
