Summary: Was a little hard to get to driving in and accessing the cabin, wasn’t expecting that, but made due with a longer walk around the “mountain” by the cabin in front the pond. The location of the cabin is wonderful and has a personal gazebo style place to sit and relax or can enjoy the hot tub or a camp fire. The people we met were so nice and friendly!! Shout out to Ms. Tammy’s brother, he made conversation about the area and things to do. Spoke about good places to eat and even told us about the buffet going on that Friday night!! Very serene and peaceful!!! The pets around the area made for laughs and good company!! Cats were so sweet and friendly, I would have loved to have taken one home!! This specific cabin/shack not recommended for those with difficulty hiking or walking on the side of a “mountain”. Would definitely stay at the location again, but I would look at a different “cabin” as they have several to chose from!!
