Summary: I wound up needing to shorten my trip by a day - ending Monday, instead of Tuesday. I called the hotel on Saturday afternoon, but they said I’d have to talk with Hotels.com. I spoke with Hotels.com and they said they’d need to talk with the hotel. I tried this twice. When I asked the hotel, they acknowledged my checkout was changed to Monday. But, as of now (Wednesday afternoon), there was no credit to reflect the shortened stay.
