Chill on the large rooftop deck while taking in spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. Featuring Seattle themed decor, our modern 3bd townhome boasts high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, a garage, high-speed internet, Hulu live tv, 2 suite style bedrooms, memory foam mattresses, and AC. Use the desk, monitor, and keyboard to work remotely! Close to restaurants, shopping, beaches and parks!

Head up the stairs to the kitchen, dining, and living area on the second floor. There is an outdoor balcony with a bistro set so you can dine alfresco. The open floor plan and floor to ceiling windows let in a lot of natural light. You can enjoy a cozy night indoors and stream your favorite series from our large screen tv. The sofa converts into a queen sized bed. The second floor also has a powder room.

Head up another flight and there are two suite style bedrooms on the third floor. The first bedroom has a king sized mattress, tv, oversized window and an attached bathroom. The bathroom features a double sink and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed with an attached bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. The laundry machines are also on this floor.

From here, head up one more flight to the ROOFTOP deck! After a day of sight seeing adventures, kick back and relax! Sip on some wine while taking in the views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound.

The first floor has the third bedroom with a twin bed as well as a desk with a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

This townhome is conveniently located. Starbucks, McDonalds, Ezelle's Chicken, a gas station, and grocery store are only 3 blocks away on California Ave. Explore other local restaurants such as Zeeks Pizza and Ezelle's Chicken, as well as pubs and shops along this popular street.

If fresh air and exercise is what you enjoy then check out Lincoln Park. Lowman Beach Park is only 1 mile away! The ever-popular Alki Beach where all the action takes place is a little farther, but it’s the place to be especially in the summer. You can go for a run, ride your bikes or electric scooters along the shoreline, paddleboard, kayak, scuba dive, build sandcastles, play beach volleyball, beach comb, build a bonfire, and watch the amazing sunsets. There are several eateries as well as water sport equipment rental shops along Alki Ave.

If you are eager to checkout Seattle’s tourist hot spots like Pike Place Market, the Pier and Great Wheel, then you can hop on the water taxi at Seacrest dock. You’ll have an amazing view of the downtown skyline and Space Needle while taking this 10-15 min boat ride. The water taxi is also a great option if you are here to catch a Seahawks, Mariners or Sounders game. If you’d rather explore more Northwest nature versus city life, then take the ferry to Vashon Island. The Fauntleroy ferry dock is only minutes away.

Other things to note:
This is not a party house. If you are looking for a place to do so, we kindly ask that you book elsewhere. Parties and additional guests are not permitted. Any excessive noise and activities will be reported by our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am.

We do not allow pets during your stay. Yes, that does include your adorable, hypoallergenic four-legged family member.

Summary: This was the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. Great communication with the host. The person they sent out to replace a battery was incredibly nice. Beautiful mountain and sea views from the rooftop. The location was convenient to everything that we wanted to do. The sheets were good and the bed slept very comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped for making dinners and had everything we needed. The electric kettle was convenient for hot chocolate and other things that needed hot water. If I had to list any cons, it would have been nice if the bathroom doors had locks and the shower head had more pressure. With that said, we would stay again and would highly recommend it to any couple or small family visiting the area.
