This early 20th century home has been in our family for 20 years, and this is the first time we've rented the house. It’s newly restored and furnished with both period pieces and mid-century ones. Most items come from Heidi Stevens' shop, Re Antiques (#reantiques) and many are available for sale.

All 3 floors can comfortably sleep 8 with 1 king, 1 queen and 4 twins. All cleaning and linens are included in our rental agreement. The house includes 1 Watch Hill town parking pass on loan during your stay here. An outside shower is available to keep the sand out of your kid’s beds. You can walk to the beach from the village, and if you are a member of the local golf club, you can walk right past the 18th green and into the clubhouse.

Breezes are beautiful on the screened living porch, and there is plenty of privacy on this small cul de sac. We are on a private road in the Watch Hill Fire District where you can easily bike to the beach. You’ll fall asleep to the sound of waves, and have the security of a full-house automatic generator.

Summary: Our family had a blissful two weeks at this property. We loved the setting . The screened in porches afforded time outside I the evenings. It was a treat to wake up to birdsong and the sound of the ocean. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous family vacation and the owners couldn’t have been nicer to communicate with.
