Private terrace level suite in my partially renovated home. Two bedrooms, one bath, living room, kitchen/dining room. Quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown, interstate and much more. Owner lives upstairs in this urban duplex.
Private entrance, living room with large window view of woods. Welcome pitcher cold filtered water. One mile hilly walk or quick uber ride to center of downtown, restaurants, music venues. Supercharger 3 miles.
The space
Spacious duplex unit, entrance porch halfway down driveway. No inside door that connects this space with the upstairs. Is above ground, not a basement. Eclectic throughout. Feels like a mountain cabin. Natural gas heat, new central air and renovated bathroom. New windows throughout. Because it is on the terrace level it stays cooler in the summer and warmer in winter. Strict no smoking or pets.
I do not support the use of paper towels, plastic straws, or disposable water bottles.

House not child proof.
