Maushop Village is the only community within the New Seabury resort area with deeded beach-rights to its own private, sandy beach dedicated for residents’ sole use.
Bathed in sunlight, our newly renovated cottage - with all-new designer furnishings - is perfectly situated (with a peek at the ocean) as it’s a 1-minute walk to Maushop’s private beach and a 5-minute stroll to festive Popponesset Marketplace (https://www.popponessetmarketplace.com/), the Popponesset Inn, and the exceptional Popponesset Country Club. From sun and sand to mini-golf, summer concerts, ice-cream, lobster rolls, and bike rentals - you’re a walking-path away to endless hours of family fun.
If you’re in the mood to venture further (although we can’t imagine why) Mashpee Commons (https://mashpeecommons.com) is a 10-minute car-ride away and is home to many marvelous restaurants and cafes, one-of-a-kind shops, and entertainment venues to please everyone in the family.Public golf courses are sprinkled all over the Cape and many are within a 20-minute car-ride away. Cape Cod League Baseball offers baseball at its best and is one town over, as is the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.
