Recently purchased this great house at Cedar Creek Lake. 3,200 square foot 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house located on a double lot with new furniture located on Cedar Creek Lake with boat dock. Full kitchen with dining area. Living room has 2 new couches & chairs, new 65" tv & high speed wireless internet. The bedrooms have 58" smart tvs. All tv's have Youtube TV through the Roku remote. Security gate in front. Large patio in the back yard with outdoor couch & lounge chairs, bbq grill, patio table w/ umbrella, lounge chairs & a fire pit w/ Adirondack chairs. We have a nice corn hole set to enjoy time outside. Boat dock can be used throughout stay (renter must have their own life jackets). You may bring your boat & tie onto the boat dock. Washer & dryer in the house. Plenty of room for parking inside the property protected by a fence/gate. Kitchen has brand new plates, cups, utensils, cooking pans, silverware, Kuerig coffee maker, full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, trash compactor, & warmer oven. Bar area next to living room with a microwave, refrigerator & counter space.
All bedroom furniture is brand new. New sheets/comforters for every bed. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a king bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of double bunk beds, upstairs loft has 4 queen in bag mattresses, Study has the ability to be a bedroom or game room. Pets are allowed. $50 per pet per night (max 2).
