Positive: The characteristic of the property

Negative: I had my own room and my parents had theirs, the elevator did not work we found out after we checked in and my parent is handicapped very hard for her to walk down and up stairs they only stayed one night. Wasn’t refunded for the 2nd night they had to go to another hotel
