Our modern and spacious, beach house is available in Cape May Point. Comfortable and well appointed. Summer rentals are weekly. We are 3 blocks from private, secluded, guarded beaches, walk to circle, CMP Science Center, state park, & lighthouse. Our home is literally across the street fromLake Lily and the CM Audubon bird observatory. A safe, quiet, family friendly neighborhood with minimal traffic, choose to walk or bike to nature trails. Bike to west cape may, and historic cape may city. Included: Ample driveway and free street parking, 6 bikes, 6 beach tags, 8 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 1 beach tent & beach toys, smart TV, premium cable and wifi, large front porch, grill.
Open floor plan connects a gourmet kitchen for cooks to spacious dining area, large table expanding to seat 10 comfortably, spacious living room, and a large front porch with a dining table and outdoor lounge furniture. Fenced yard for little ones, Large back yard. First floor: two spacious bedrooms, a full bath,laundry closet with washer & dryer. Second Floor: 2 very large bedrooms and full bath. Master bedroom features a California king sized bed, large walk in closet, open space for yoga, and a small private balcony. The second upstairs bedroom/den has a full size over full size bunkbed and a trundle daybed sofa.
In the private and secluded backyard, an enclosed outdoor shower and dressing room, large propane grill, picnic table and outdoor furniture, two hammocks mounted on mature trees. Bikes&Beach equipment is stored in the large shed.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets are prohibited. Guests will provide their own sheets and towels. Friday to Friday check ins and outs.
