Loft/apartment is located on a 23 acre horse training facility and avocado orchard. The loft has an open floor plan, king-sized bed, and two twin beds. The loft is accessed by a private driveway and has plenty of parking, and is located 100 yards from the owner's private residence.
As this is a professional training facility for privately owned horses, we ask that the guests do not interact with the horses or go into the barns, pastures, nor orchards. Thank you
