This beautiful and cozy 1900 sf. luxury cottage located at the Harbor Club South Haven Resort & Marina has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. The family-oriented home has quality furnishings, granite counter tops and is equipped with all modern appliances including 2 flat screen TVs, premium hi-def satellite, gas grill, Central A/C, dish washer and washer/dryer. The spacious front and back porches, cozy fireplace, backyard fire-pit, and seasonal pool access are included. The pool is currently closed for the season and will open again Spring 2020 (with guarenteed availability by Memorial Day). Classic architecture and an open floor plan make this inviting home perfect forthree couples or a small family.
The upper level of the cottage has a King master bedroom and Queen guest bedroom. The King bedroom is directly attached to the full bathroom. The full bathroom is also accessible from the upstairs hallway (through a second door). The upper level landing has a chaise lounge with Twin pull-out bed. The main level of the home is a cozy open concept design with living room (with fireplace), formal dining, dine-in granite island, full kitchen, and full bathroom.The lower level of the home has a guest bedroom with bunks (Full and Twin) and a Twin bed (3 sleeping spaces), a full bathroom with shower, a full laundry room, and a Great Room with Queen sofa sleeper.
The closest public beach is just a 10-15 minute walk away and is a little more secluded than the busy downtown beaches. Access to beach is just outside the Resort, down Baseline Rd. and has plenty of free street parking if you prefer to drive. The Harbor Club Resort is just 5 minutes away from the unique shopping/dining of downtown- this is the perfect spot to escape from the city!
