Positive: Location. Texts were quickly answered and always polite but little action.

Negative: From car to door was muddy and hard to navigate, particularly in the dark. Garbage disposal broken. Washer/dryer filthy. They did come and clean them, not much better. Stove top was greasy. Oven was very dirty. Lots of dust. Blinds dirty and broken. No tissues. Small amount of tp provided. It would be nice to have waste receptacles in bedrooms. Spices outdated. No salt or pepper. Rugs are in need of washing or replacement. Bathroom tub needs good cleaning. With a few updates and lots of cleaning, would be a good place to stay.
