Our house is a well appointed three bedroom townhouse on a quiet street located in The Commons Section in the Community of Bayside, just off of Route 54 in Selbyville, Delaware. We are approximately 6 miles from both the pristine beaches of Fenwick Island, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland. It is a two story townhome with a Master bedroom and adjacent full bathroom on the first floor. The well designed kitchen and spacious family room as well as dining room are also on this floor as well as a powder room. There is plenty of parking outside the front door which is very convenient. The wide common lawn just feet away from the front door can be used for lawn games and other sports. Out back we have a very private paved patio with table and chairs along with a propane BBQ for your use as well. On the second floor you will find a bedroom with a Queen Size bed , another bedroom with two Double beds and a full bathroom. Another TV and sitting area is on the second floor in our loft. For you music lovers, The Freeman Stage is a venue from which many nationally known acts perform throughout the summer months. We offer the use of several bicycles to be used at your own risk and convenience. If you are looking for a peaceful alternative close to the beach then this home is for you!
* Sheets and Towels are NOT included with the cleaning fee. You can request to borrow ours, but they must be washed, dried and folded before you leave.

Summary: Lauren was a great host. From day one her communication was great. We didn't have to ask for any information on the days leading up to our vacation or during our stay because it was provided in a timely fashion. Anyone looking for a vacation rental near Bethany Beach and Ocean City this is it. A suggestion to any renters would be to understand that there is a linen policy. I would suggest that you start washing the linens the night before to ensure you have enough time to get them washed and dryed. The neighborhood is gorgeous and well maintained from the landscaping to the craftsmanship of the homes. My family an I felt safe and would definitely vacation in the area again.
