Located in a nice, safe, quiet cul-de-sac in a maintained neighborhood that takes pride in their homes. Perfect vacation escape with family and friends. The home was recently remodeled and updated. The main level consists of a formal living room with fire place with 65in smart tv, formal dinning room with a dinning table that seats 8, family room also has a 65 in smart tv, 1/2 bath and newly remodeled fully equipped and stocked kitchen with extras such as a Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. all new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and wine fridge and a breakfast table with 4 chairs. In the upstairs are the 4 bedrooms with ceiling fans, the master bedroom has a 65 inch smart tv, 2 full baths, the master bath has a large soaking tub. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. You will enjoy spending time in breathtaking back yard as you will discover an immaculate large backyard that is beautifully landscaped where you will find a gas BBQ, 2 patio tables, and lawn chairs. The home is secured with a total of 4 outdoor cameras. My home is centrally located between San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara. It's a beach lovers dream, where you can go ATVing, Kayking or surfing in Pismo Beach, Avila Beach or Oceano Beach. Spend a day in Solvang, gamble at the Chumash Casino, tour Hearst Castle, an amazing museum like no other, or visit the famous Morro Rock in Morro Bay, Montana De Oro. Visit the Elks Rodeo in June .The Santa Barbara County Fair and Mid-State Fair in July. October through February the Monarch Butterfly Grove is filled with thousands of monarch or the elephant seals in San Simeon in year round but especially in late January, April and October. In late November and December the amazing Cambria Christmas Market where you can create magical memories. Plenty of wineries, restaurants, stores to visit in both San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara County.
