The green cabinets and granite countertops give the kitchen a cool and refreshing atmosphere. The small appliances are a standard coffee maker, a toaster oven, and a blender. The cabinets are filled with dinnerware, glassware, and cookware, while the drawers contain cooking utensils and flatware.
Off the kitchen is the second bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The backyard is just out the kitchen door. The gas grill and outdoor furniture are close by and there is a short path to a separate laundry room. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer, laundry sink, iron and ironing board.
There are outside games for the whole family to enjoy, including cornhole, badminton and croquet.
