A very Unique property with 4 separate suites: All suites have fully equipped kitchens,
The Pelican Suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The Starfish Suite has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom Suite. The Sea Turtle Suite has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Dolphin Suite is a second-floor suite (you will need to be able to walk up a flight of stairs) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The bathrooms are all newly remodeled. The Starfish Suite has a private turf patio with an outdoor shower, the ideal sanctuary to relax and unwind.

Sand Dune Suites is a stunning 4 suite fully remodeled boutique building located on quiet, pristine, and secluded Sunshine Beach, Treasure Island and only a short 5-minute leisurely walk to historic John's Pass Village hosting fantastic unique restaurants and shops.
