Sit on the front porch and enjoy the view or relax on the private back patio with built in grilling station and cabana/storage building. This home has all the right spaces – a lovely renovated custom kitchen w/granite, oversized gas cooktop, and island w/seating which flows into the dining room featuring a door to the patio. A first floor master bedroom suite w/full bath and screened in porch and another bedroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms and new full bath.

Summary: We stayed at this property for USCGA Graduation week. The property has a beautiful back yard and is close to the beach. Was a perfect location for graduation because of its proximity to the academy. Only problem we had was with the hot tub and the owner took care of that.
