Positive: The actual cottage was nice. Clean..tastefully decorated...fully equipped...quiet area.

Negative: We did not have our own beach access as stated in description.. This was a problem. When we went to beach we had to put our chairs down by water. We couldn't sit in the dry sand because that was owned by the two hotels on each side of us. We practically had to sit in water. Beach patrol made us move. The pool is another BIG!!! Disappointment. Not like photos! Maintenence did not keep pool clean. I actually went out and used the net(which by the way had a big hole in it) and I tried to clean the pool. There were popsicle sticks around the pool...remenents of water balloons around the pool and a bandaid at the bottom of the pool( my favorite). The photos of pool were definitely doctored using AI. There were no beautiful shrubbery or lush plant life around pool. It was just white rocks and shells. Very disappointing.
