This Private Craftsman's “Lodge” is a woodworker's dream! Finished throughout with old growth redwood. Interior of the home is custom finished in wood with large redwood beams, redwood carvings, tongue & groove wood ceilings & walls along with carved window sills. The Lodge has 3 Bedrooms with 2 Queens size beds & 1 Twin Murphy bed, along with 3 Bathrooms. Master bedroom also boasts an en suite & dressing area with French doors leading out to it's own private deck. All bedrooms feature invitingly comfortable beds with an array of pillows & extra blankets.
Air mattresses are available for additional guests’ sleeping space at an additional charge per person.
The lodge is 1,760 sq. ft. and has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, small appliances, dinnerware, silverware, glasses & utensils. The house has a large flat screen HD TV, VCR & DVD player. High-speed wireless internet is also provided.
A separate Washer & Dryer area attached to the house next to the relaxing back yard. Also, there is a Gas BBQ for outdoor cooking along with a Smoker. Pictures #1 -24 describe The Lodge.
The “Loft” has 1 Bedroom with a Queen bed, 1 Bathroom. It is 750 sq. ft. and has a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, small appliances, dinnerware, silverware, glasses & utensils. The Loft also has a flat screen HD TV, VCR, & DVD player. High-speed wireless internet is also provided. Two single air mattresses are available for additional guests’ sleeping space at an additional charge per person. This location, the Loft, is a upstairs apartment, therefore is not conducive for small children. Please be aware of this. Pictures # 33-42 describe the Loft.
The “Lounge” is a large studio with 2 Twin Murphy beds, one half Bathroom. It is 650 sq. ft. The Lounge also boasts a 65" large flat screen HD TV, VCR, & DVD player. High-speed wireless internet is also provided. This is a great entertainment room as it also has a bar with 4 chairs & a pool table. In addition to a game table/reading corner with all types of books & various games to play. Pictures # 25-32 describe the Lounge.
In addition, next door to the property is an adjoining acre with a gazebo under lights, horseshoe pit along with a fire pit that can be utilized. Room for children to play, yet, still fenced off.
A perfect location for a family Retreat. WIFI for the kids, peace & serenity for the adults. Far enough away from the sounds of town, yet still close enough to be convenient. Located minutes from the freeway for easy access. Lounge can also be a perfect spot for conferences or a corporate meeting space or a rehearsal dinner. The Lounge can hold 24 guest comfortably. All this in a 2 acre gated property.

We expect you to treat this house like you would your own home while you are visiting. This home is in a Quiet & safe neighborhood.
Please be respectable of noise levels. Pleas no outside music after 10:00 pm.
Please close windows if A/C or Heater are on.
Please NO SMOKING in the house & be careful around the grounds as you are surrounded with oaks throughout the property.
Please NO animals.
Please NO unreported guests without approval. Please contact me first if you are planning a group event.
Please NO children staying or playing around the upstairs & in the Loft Apartment Only. Children are allowed everywhere else.
Prior to departure, please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher. PLEASE put all used sheets & towels into laundry room in a pile & all trash thrown away in trash cans behind the detached garage.
