Newly remodeled 3rd floor walk up condo is a 2/2 pool front unit, with a large deck outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze! Nicely stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent to the dining room. Nice, comfy new furniture in the spacious living area which is open to the kitchen and dining area.

Mustang Island Beach Club is located just 3 miles outside of the town of Port A right next to Port Royal. Nice lagoon pool and beach access is a bit less than a 1/2 mile walk. Sorry, no pets allowed. Parking for 2 maximum. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.
