Summary: Location was the biggest plus- just up the street from the beach, coffee shop & cute restaurants. The place is is airy & clean, looks like is may also be used as an office or commercial space by the looks of the exit signs and bathroom signage. Comfortable, clean and easy to self check in. The only downside is the lack of insulation/ sound proofing between the upstairs unit and this unit. Unfortunately every footstep upstairs is amplified and is alarming when you first hear it. I don’t think they were making extra noise, I think is was normal walking around. Possibly carpeting upstairs would help I don’t know.
