Kids will love the playground & in-ground trampoline, while adults can relax in spacious living areas inside and out. Gated estate on 4 acres with secure iron gate access. Fire pit in front and back, and propane bbq grill.
Property sleeps 10 people across 5 bedrooms; and can accommodate as many as 12 guests (additional fee applies for guests in excess of 10 people).
Pets welcome, up to a maximum of 2 pets. Note there is an extra pet fee of $150 per pet.
Special note about the hot tub. The hot tub is remotely controlled by the host, and can be turned on upon guest request. Due to the extreme cost to operate the hot tub, the maximum run time is for 3 hours, with one request per day. Note also that the hot tub takes 1.5 hours to warm up, and must be turned off by 10pm each evening due to neighborhood noise ordinance. Guests should request usage of the hot tub at least 2-3 hours prior to planned usage.
