Located just a five minute walk from Crescent Beach, the home is an approx 2400 sq foot recently renovated single story modern beach house with all the comforts of resort living. The home sits on an expansive 6500 sq foot lot, so the single story ranch style home feels much larger than it is. The four bedroom home has two large bedrooms (cal king beds), both with en suite bathrooms, and two smaller bedrooms that share a bathroom just across the hall. The home is located in a low density neighborhood, on a corner lot- tons of privacy!
The La Cantina doors open the entire living room up to a large outdoor space featuring a patio, spool, fire pit, and built in BBQ. Open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the California sun and breeze both indoors and out. Take a dip in the pool/spa (12x8 feet) and relax against the jets while taking in the view. The home truly has such an expansive indoor/outdoor living space. The kitchen and living room is open concept and all appliances are all Thermador- huge wine fridge and Nespesso coffee machine and pods make for all the luxurious comforts of home. The home is family friendly!
The entire home is run off solar panels, all energy is stored in Tesla Battery packs and charging is available if you own an electric car.
