The home is at the end of a cul de sac with 1.4 gated acres with mature specimen trees. Upon entering, the home welcomes you into a huge great room with soaring 18 foot ceilings. The primary suite upstairs includes a "floating study", large primary suite and private veranda overlooking the garden and the pool. Each of the 3 ground floor bedrooms comes with its own brand new en suite bath (Robern vanities, Toto toilets, Marble tile, etc). The new chef's kitchen is equipped with Italian lacquer cabinets, an 8 foot quartzite island complete with Thermador induction cooktop, Wolf double ovens, Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Miele and Gaggenau dishwashers and much much more.
