Slip on your walking shoes and head west just one mile and you'll be strolling along the shores of the Pacific and viewing famous Bird Rock and Seal Rock or hop in the car and take the scenic route along 17 Mile Drive® toward Carmel-by-the-Sea to visit galleries and world-class restaurants.
Sandy beaches and wildlife are a highlight of this central California coast location. Migrating whales, sea otters, sea lions, pelicans and many sea birds can be seen daily as you explore the coastline.
Situated on a generous lot, this residence offers the perfect blend of coastal location, gracious space and is a short distance to Monterey Peninsula Country Club. Enjoy MPCC Golf Course views, whitewater ocean and sunset views from multiple vantage points.
