Stay here on the more desirable north end, where the beach is right here! No long walks on hot summer days like the south end. This condo is perfect for a family of 4 or 5 maximum! It is beautifully maintained and perfect for a beach vacation. It is directly across the street from a wide beach - you can let the older kids go by themselves. A lovely pool is right outside the door - perfect for those hot days when you just feel like lounging. You have a clear view of the pool from the upstairs balcony - great to keep an eye on the kids enjoying the pool. It has two floors. The two bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs, while the living room and kitchen are downstairs. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit for your use.
During the summer, the rentals are a one week minimum, from Saturday to Saturday. If the condo is still available two weeks prior, I will consider shorter rentals.
Brigantine is a great beach town, without the honky tonk atmosphere of some of the boardwalk towns. It is primarily residential, with stores and ice cream shops catering to the locals. There are no motels on the island, and virtually no day-trippers. Great family atmosphere.
For you golfers, the Brigantine Links Golf Course is five minutes from the condo. Also, right on the island is a back bay fishing boat, jet ski rentals, bird watching at Edwin G. Forsythe Preserve, and a number of great restaurants.
Atlantic City is just over the Brigantine bridge - Harrahs, Golden Nugget, and Borgata are all only 4.5 miles away.
