You will LOVE this spacious 1,715 sq. ft. beachfront/beach-view condo at The Pier House on beautiful Indian Rocks Beach!
Please note (Association Requirements):
This unit must be booked at least 16 days prior to check-in. The condo association requires a signed rental agreement and guest registration form to be submitted at least 15 days before arrival. There is a 14-day minimum stay at all Pier House units. This 2-bedroom condo has a maximum occupancy of 5 guests.
No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere in the community or inside the unit.
This is one of the largest 2-bedroom units in the building and sits directly on the beach—simply stunning! The Great Room offers wide, beautiful views of the pool, hot tub, and Indian Rocks Beach. Both bedrooms feature King-sized beds, and there is a twin pull-out trundle in the Great Room.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, dining area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and a huge beachfront balcony perfect for relaxing. A beach cart (located by the front door) is provided for your convenience.
You’ll be just a few blocks from Splash Harbour Water Park, within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, and only a 15-minute drive to Clearwater Beach—so much fun in the sun!
Turtle Nesting Season (May 1 – October 31):
Per city ordinance, no interior lights may be visible from the beach after sundown. During this time, all beach-facing blinds must be closed and balcony lights must remain off. We appreciate your understanding as this protects the hatchlings.
Starter Supplies:
To help you settle in, we provide a starter supply of:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
Trash bags for each trash can
Laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towels
We also provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person based on occupancy (washer/dryer in unit).
Please note: We do not replenish supplies during your stay. Items not provided include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, and aluminum foil.
Important Booking Information:
If someone other than the guest is paying, the payer’s email must be added to the booking, and the payer must e-sign the rental agreement. Only the person who pays may sign.
At least one guest must be 25 years or older. Under ADA and Florida law, only documented service animals are permitted (not emotional support animals).
Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in, including cancellations due to health, weather, water conditions (including red tide or cold water), or transportation issues (including flight cancellations). Date changes are not guaranteed; if approved, a $50 fee per change applies. Rate differences will either be charged or not refunded accordingly. Hurricane season is June 1–November 30.
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM Eastern. We cannot guarantee pool temperatures during colder months and do not provide refunds due to cold water.
Please understand that after a hurricane, temporary closures of beaches, restaurants, roads, amenities, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc may occur. The no-refund policy remains in effect under these circumstances. CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) travel insurance is highly recommended.
Early Check-In:
Due to same-day turnovers, early check-in is rarely available. If the unit is ready early, it may be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee.
The payer must sign the rental agreement to ensure check-in instructions are automatically sent at 3PM on arrival day.

Mail delivery is not permitted. If needed, please arrange for a local P.O. Box during your stay. 🌊☀️🌴
