PISMO SHORES PARADISE has been beautifully updated in neutral beach decor. Located in the popular family complex, Pismo Shores. This two bedroom (2 king beds + full sleeper sofa), 1.5 bath unit is light and airy, with beautiful ocean views from the master suite. The beach condo has been completely remodeled to make for luxurious beach living. The Pismo Shores community has a swimming pool, spa, clubhouse with living room, kitchen and game room. The complex is gated for the upmost security and has private beach access.
Suitability: Family getaway, couples retreat. No smoking. One non-shedding dog (under 45 pounds) will be considered.
Owner will consider one (1) dog under 45 pounds, non-shedding, house broke, crated when left alone, pet fee applies. No exception to pet policy (breeds such as a retrievers are not good fits because of size and shedding). There is a non-refundable pet fee @ $75/night, max $225.
Pricing is based on occupancy of 4 guests. After 4 guests there is an additional cost per night.
The HOA heats the swimming pool a week before and after Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years, and Memorial Day thru Labor Day. The spa is heated year round. The property owner will not guarantee pool or spa is operational during stay period.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed a restful and enjoyable week at the beach in this comfortable rental. Unit was spacious - perfect for 2 couples. Beds and furniture were comfortable and kitchen well appointed. Location was quiet and walking distance to the pier, beach, cinnamon rolls, and other downtown attractions. We'll be back next summer!
