This serene and tranquil property is 2.5 acres, situated on 450 feet of river frontage on the Nottely River. Enjoy coffee or a cocktail on the deck, overlooking and listening to the river, washing your cares down stream. Deer, rabbits, ducks, geese, wood chucks, rainbow trout and even bald eagles are common sights here. House sleeps 10 comfortably, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and two sets of bunk beds.
Located In Murphy NC, about 15 minutes drive to down town. Convenient to dining, grocery shopping, night life, sight seeing adventures, hiking trails, white water rafting and some of the best trout fishing in the Eastern United States.
The Property itself is located on The Nottely River and boasts 450 feet of river frontage, all of which can be seen from the home. There is a set of steps which traverses the bank, right down to the river. My family and I have enjoyed many warm spring and summer days, sitting in our beach chairs, right in the ankle deep portion of the river, to which the steps lead.
Guests have full access to the home and all its rooms. The front door has an electronic, coded lock, to which you will be provided a code for the length of your stay.
All the basics will ready for your arrival: Paper towels, cleaning products, clothes washing soap and dryer sheets, salt and pepper, coffee and a coffee maker, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, utensils and silverware and of course towels and linens. I'm sure i'm leaving out a few things that are also included.
Beach chairs will be provided (for sitting in the river).
The host lives on the property in an apartment located over a detached garage. Rest assured that your privacy, peace of mind and your enjoyment are of the utmost importance to me and I will not infringe upon them any more than you ask of me. My mission is to ensure your comfort and peace of mind.

Guided wade fishing service is available upon advance request. The property host has been fly fishing this section of the Nottely River, up and downstream from the property, for five years and is intimately familiar with the trout and their habits.
