'The Fairway Getaway' is a stand alone home in a beautiful golf course community located just off I-75 for easy and quick transportation to anywhere is southwest Florida. Outdoors the lanai is complete with outdoor grill station with stainless gas grill and gas flat top, also featuring a beverage fridge. All your games and favorite shows can be watched from the pool with the outdoor 65" TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking necessities and beyond with full sets of dishes for serving your entire family. The master suite is oversized with king size adjustable bed and an over sized walk in closet. The attached master bath is spacious and equipped with a walk-in shower, garden tub and separate vanities. The front guest bedroom host a queen size bed, television, dressers and closet. The great beaches of St.Pete/Clearwater, Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island are only a short 30 minute drive making it easy to pick a new beach to visit everyday.
