This top level condo has been transformed into a colorful, contemporary, fun place to stay. The large balcony, which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom, is furnished with lounge seating and a raised height dining table to enjoy the panorama. This condo features a large flat panel TV, DVD player and i-Pod dock stereo. In addition to the Cal king bed in the bedroom, there is a fold-out queen size sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom has a sliding privacy partition for when the fold out bed is in use. This vacation home also offers wireless internet access, a propane BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.** This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.
